Hey we are on the move again with Margo. This is the first time that Jael and I traveled to France. Ms. Margo had a French passport so we got to pass through the frontier with her. Jael wants to share that interesting story, so I will not spoil it. Today, I had lunch chez Vercken. The meal was very balanced so I was able to eat everything. I will share a photo below.
In France, all meals usually are served with bread. This was a particularly good meal for me since it was so well balanced. I had suasage, salad, bread and mineral water. For desert I had a plain yogurt. While I normally do not eat bread at each meal because it raises my sugar level, I was able to at this meal. In fact, meals in Bordeaux seem to be very well balanced and served in small quantities. The French appear to only eat during meal times and no snacking. This is good for keeping a balanced diet and not having spikes in my sugar levels which is very bad for diabetics.
